Since 2022, Alabama Cold Case Advocacy has worked alongside families, investigators, and communities to research, document, and elevate unsolved cases across the state of Alabama. This shirt features the names of missing and murdered individuals connected to our work, arranged in the shape of Alabama.

Most names on this shirt appear in black, representing cases that remain unresolved and still waiting for answers.

A select number of names appear in Alabama Cold Case Advocacy’s signature blue. These names represent cases that have been resolved or have seen significant investigative movement since our work began. They stand as proof of what visibility, persistence, and advocacy can accomplish.

They also serve as an important reminder.
